So today I found this cool website to get rid of electronics. I have tons of old laptops & cell phones that didn't know what to do with it and didn't want to throw it in the trash! This upcycle program is for the benefit of non-profits, thus you can choose your cause. A friend posted the Jimmy Fund Dane Farber Cancer Institute cause, therefore, in her name and others I will send my stuff there... it seems like they will take care of data destruction and pretty much accept a wide variety of electronics.
Looks like a win-win and I would encourage us all to look into this and think of our lovely planet on
this beautiful Earth Day!
